The insulating firebrick is made of high purity refractory clay and other ceramic raw materials, with light weight, mini-porosity well distributed. Working as lining materials, the brick keep the furnace wall at low heat loss and save the fuel consumption.
These bricks have a low density which means a lower thermal storage, fast heating and cooling. In application from 900 C0 to 1500 C0 . The are produced in accordance with ASTM standard.
Applications:
- Lining of hot-surface of industrial furnaces as carbon furnace, cracking furnace, heating furnace for oil refining, roller kiln & tunnel kiln.
- Back lining insulation layer of industrial furnace as glass tank kiln.
- Deoxidizing atmosphere furnace.
